2 1/4 cups cooked broccoli (or spinach),
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup crushed Wise Potato Chips
Cook spinach or broccoli in salted water, drain and chop.
Combine egg, sour cream, sugar, vinegar and salt in saucepan and
mix well. Stir over medium heat until sauce thickens. Add spinach
to sauce and reheat. Serve at once with potato chips over the top,
or place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish,
sprinkle chips on top and bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
