Salt & Vinegar Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Nuggets

Make your own party platter with this mouthwatering recipe using Wise Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips.


2 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
2 eggs
½ cup of milk
1 bag (5 oz or larger) Wise Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips, finely crushed
Salt & Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into egg mixture. Then dredge each piece in the crushed potato chips and place onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, flipping nuggets halfway through. Makes about 4 dozen.
