Your week night dinner just got a cheesy, crunchy, spicy twist.
Try this recipe using Wise Crunchy Cheez Doodles.
½ cup flour
2 eggs, whisked
2 cups Wise Crunchy Cheez Doodles, finely crushed
1 cup Panko
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp chili powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 Tilapia fillets
2 T Canola Oil
Mix crushed Cheez Doodles, Panko and spices. Dip each fillet,
coating both sides, in flour, then egg, and lastly crumb mixture.
Heat oil in large sauté pan on medium heat. Cook fillets 3-4
minutes on each side until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towel
