Cheddar Chip Rounds

Serve these Cheddar Chip Rounds featuring Wise® Golden Original potato chips at your next party and get ready to hear rave reviews.


1 cup (4oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 cup flour
1 cup finely crushed Wise Potato Chips


In a large mixer bowl, combine cheese, butter, milk, Worcestershire and onion salt; blend well. Add flour and crushed chips; blend with wooden spoon. Mixture will be crumbly. Shape into 10-inch roll. Coat with paprika. Wrap well; chill overnight. Preheat oven to 375°. Cut into ¼ inch slices; place on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. May be served warm or cooled.
