Who owns Wise Foods, Inc.?
Earl Wise, Sr., started making potato chips in 1921 and grew the
business for decades. In 1964, Borden, Inc. acquired Wise and
expanded the product offerings. In 1994, KKR & Co. acquired
Borden, and a few years later in 2000, current owners Palladium
Equity Partners purchased Wise Foods.
