When you register for a Wise Foods, Inc. promotion, we may ask for your email address, date of birth, zip code, gender, and, in certain cases, other information requested by the promotion sponsor. Occasionally, Wise Foods, Inc. and its promotional sponsor(s) conduct user surveys. All information provided by users in such user surveys is completely optional.
